Itinerary

• Day 1 Arrive in Delhi

  On arrival at Airport / Railway station, meet our representative and proceed to Hotel for check-in. Delhi is a blend of ancient and modern known as the city of Djinns. Delhi is a Dream home for everyone.

  Optional : Visit to Lotus Temple- Bahai temple & Bangla Saheb

  Highlights : Evening free to enjoy in the hotel.

• Day 2 Delhi

  After a lavish breakfast visit Jama Masjid- Located in the heart of Purani Dilli. Drive Past Red Fort- known as Lal Quila. Visit the Busiest and the oldest market in Delhi known as Chandni Chowk.
  After lunch proceed to New Delhi known as Lutyens Delhi. Drive past government buildings including Indian Gate, Parliament House, and Presidents’ Palace. Visit Humayun’s tomb – built by his wife after his death. Continue your visit to Qutub Minar – tall minaret. Drive back to hotel for overnight stay.

  Optional : Old Delhi Food Walk: Shahjahanabad, known as Purani

• Day 3 Delhi – Agra (204 kms / 4 hrs 9 mins)

  After breakfast drive to the Taj City – Agra. One of the most visited destinations in India Agra is home to the most important UNESCO world heritage sites like the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & Fatehpur Sikri.
  On arrival check into a hotel. Afternoon visit one of the seven wonders of the world – The Taj Mahal. It was constructed by Shahjahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj after her death. Spent a few hours in the Taj Mahal & praise the beauty of Taj Mahal which looks the same from all four sides. After sightseeing of Taj Mahal visit another marvellous monument called the Agra Fort. Built by Akbar in 1565 and modified by his grandson Aurangzeb in 1658. Overnight in Agra.

• Day 4: Agra – Jaipur (223 Kms / 4 hrs 22 mins) En Route Fatehpur Sikri

  After breakfast drive to Jaipur. En route visit a massive fort called Fatehpur Sikri. Some of the best places to visit in Fatehpur Sikri are Buland Darwaza- the largest gate, Diwan-i-khas, Jodhabai Palace, Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chisti, and Paanch Mahal. Continue your drive to Jaipur – Gateway to colorful state of Rajasthan. Day free to relax.

  Optional : Visit to Gaitore Cenotaphs or Birla Mandir. Dinner with Cultural Programme.

• Day 05 : Jaipur

  After breakfast visit magnificent Amer Fort. Ascend Fort on Elephant Back. Fort is a mix of Muslim & Hindu architecture & art. Followed by a visit to Hawa Mahal – the Palace of Winds, City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar – The Observatory.

  Optional : Food Walk Moview show at Raj Mandir

• Day 6 Jaipur – Kochi by flight (Connecting flight)

  After breakfast departure transfer to airport to board flight to Kochi. The ideal point to start your unforgettable trip to Kerala – God’s own country. Kochi is rated as one of the top three travel destination by the World Travel & Tourism Council.

  On arrival you will be met by Max Holidays representative and transfer you to your hotel in Kochi.

• Day 07 : Kochi

  After breakfast enjoy the guided tour of Kochi. Visit Chinese fishing nets at Fort Kochi, which is a very popular tourist spot. Followed by a visit to Dutch Palace, a Jewish Synagogue known as Mattancherry Synagogue.

  If time permits, in the evening witness the fascinating Kathakali Dance Performance consisting of dance, acting, music & expression. Drive back to hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 8 Kochi – Munnar (150 kms / 4 hrs 25 mins)

  After a lavish breakfast drive to Munnar – breathtakingly beautiful. On arrival check into hotel. Afternoon visit Eravikulam National Park famous for Nilgiri Tahr and the green mountains covered with tea plantations. Later visit the Tea Museum, where you can see the Machinery used during the British Raj for manufacturing Tea. Visit Mattupetty Dam – a beautiful Picnic Spot.

• Day 9 Munnar – Periyar (100 kms / 2 hrs 57 mins)

  After having your breakfast in Munnar leave for your next destination Periyar – one of the famous wildlife sanctuaries in India. Afternoon boat ride at Lake Periyar.

  This is the best way to witness the wildlife in boats and herds of wild Elephants. The Periyar Lake attracts grey heron, ibis, the great Malabar hornbill and grey hornbill. The other birds include kingfishers, ospreys, and kites as well as orioles, hill mynas, racket-tailed drongos, and parakeets, including the unusual blue-winged parakeet and flycatchers.

• Day 10 Periyar – Alleppey (130 Kms)

  After a lavish breakfast drive to Alleppey known as Venice of East for embarking Ketuvallam – Kerala traditional houseboat which was used for carrying rice and other agricultural products converted into modern houseboats now for tourists. Sailing through the small waterway, and villages and experience the daily life of Kerala’s villages before you anchor in the middle of the lake for dinner under the stars.

  Optional : Overnight at Houseboat in Alleppey.

• Day 11 Alleppey – Kochi (85 Kms / 1 half hour). Departure

  Morning after breakfast in the houseboat leave for Kochi airport to board a flight for onward destination.
