The fall is amidst a sprawling coffee plantation zone and has a hanging bridge across the gorge for a great view.; Talakaveri – the source of Kaveri / Cauvery river is around 42 km from Madikeri and is also an important pilgrimage site for Hindus; Bhagamandala Temple – located at 36 km from Madikeri, the temple is built at the confluence of Cauvery, Kannika and Sujyothi; Do visit the Dubbare Elephant camp, not only for the camp but also enjoy the route that passes through scenic coffee estates and paddy fields. Once can enjoy boat rides, rafting and camping too.
